Terms of Sale – International Orders

1. Seller

2. Scope

These terms apply to orders placed on fantee.com.tr for delivery outside Türkiye. Orders delivered within Türkiye are governed by the Turkish Distance Sales Agreement and Pre-Purchase Information Form.

3. Products and prices

Product features, sizes and prices are shown on each product page. Prices are in Turkish lira (TRY). Your card issuer may apply its own exchange rate and fees. The order is confirmed once payment is approved.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped from Istanbul, Türkiye. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout: Europe: Express (UPS / FedEx) and Standard (DPD, 5-7 business days). USA: Express (UPS / FedEx) only. Delivery times are estimates and may be extended by customs clearance.

5. Customs, duties and taxes

The recipient is the importer of record. Any customs duties, import VAT and fees charged in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. Parcels refused due to unpaid duties are not eligible for a refund.

6. Returns and exchanges

Due to customs procedures, international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.

7. Personal data

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy, in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
